By placing an order on AURÉL, you agree to the following terms:

Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide and online card payments
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD verification
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery time is 4–6 working days across Pakistan
  • Free shipping on all orders
  • Once dispatched, a tracking link will be sent via WhatsApp
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier or weather conditions

Returns & Refunds

  • 30-day money-back guarantee from order date
  • Product must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging
  • A flat PKR 200 return shipping fee is deducted from all refunds
  • COD refunds are processed via bank transfer; online payments are refunded to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of approval
  • Damaged-on-arrival replacements require an unboxing video within 24 hours

  • AURÉL 3-in-1 LED Facial Sculptor is a personal care device, not a medical device
  • Results may vary based on individual skin type and consistent use
  • Always consult a dermatologist before starting any new skincare treatment
  • Do not use on broken, irritated, or infected skin
